Group
Home

A Group Home is a community-based single-family home designed to support children and adults with significant support needs. These homes typically accommodate four or fewer residents and are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to ensure the health and safety of all individuals. The homes provide social integration skills training, personal care development, healthcare support, and behavioral consultation.

At Nile Health, we are dedicated to providing highly skilled and well-trained group home caregivers, ensuring that families can feel confident in our care. Our group home staff assist residents with:

  • Personal care

  • Medical appointments

  • Medication management

  • Habilitation goals

  • Behavior treatment plans

  • Specialized nutrition and dietary requirements

  • Transportation to school, work, day programs, and other activities

Our quality management team routinely monitors residential group homes to ensure compliance with the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) rules, regulations, and standards. Group Homes are licensed and regularly monitored by state licensing authorities.

This service is authorized by the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). To qualify for funding, individuals must be approved through Arizona Long Term Care Services (ALTCS).
